Dynamic Pricing | Vatic
DYNAMIC PRICING SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED FOR THE PERFORMING ARTS

Over the past ten years, Vatic's proprietary algorithms have priced hundreds of performances for theatres, operas, orchestras, and performing arts centers. Vatic's Dynamic Pricing Tools were created specifically for performing arts and ticketed venues by performing arts professionals.

1456 PERFORMANCES

The Music of John Denver is a concert where the cover band plays with the orchestra. Subscription sales had been below expectation, but when single tickets went on sale, demand unexpectedly jumped and our proprietary algorithms were able to capitalize on the demand.

Vatic provides tools that help the arts thrive.

OUR MISSION

Even world premieres need dynamic pricing. Dallas Theater Center's production of The Trials of Sam Houston performed beyond expectations, and Vatic was able to leverage that demand to increase revenue $36K above budget.

THE TRIALS OF SAM HOUSTON

Vatic began working with the Charlotte Symphony in 2016/17, and over the past three seasons the CSO has seen 40% growth in average single ticket revenue per performance, coupled with a 21% increase in the average number of single tickets sold.

OUR JOURNEY
The Christmas production sold out early, and the realization comes to me, "I could have charged more for tickets."

Thus begins a decade of development, involving arts organizations across the country, of different sizes and disciplines, and over 1400 performances dynamically priced. The Dynamic Pricing Tool was designed for folks like you, who have better things to do. Like, you know, selling more tickets.

It's smart, super smart. You know why? Because it listens to the people you need to hear from — your patrons.
